I am an academic specialising in Medical Ultrasound at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Taibah University, Saudi Arabia, where I have served since 2014.

In 2011, I was honoured to be the sole student selected from universities across Saudi Arabia to join the ARAMCO training programme in the Department of Diagnostic Radiography. This opportunity provided me with valuable hands-on experience at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (formerly Saudi Aramco Hospital), one of the leading medical institutions in the region.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Radiology from King Khalid University. I subsequently completed a Master of Science in Diagnostic Imaging with a specialisation in Medical Ultrasound at Glasgow Caledonian University, UK, graduating with merit overall and receiving a distinction for my dissertation.

I earned a PhD in Medical Imaging from the University of Exeter, UK. My doctoral research focused on improving osteoporosis diagnostics through the use of pulse-echo ultrasound technology.
